 FAQs

  • Certain kinds of tragic or terrible events can happen to us that have a significant spiritual, physiological, and mental impact on us. Being “trauma informed” means that we do not consider all difficulties after traumatic events to be just spiritual in nature, and seek to help our clients experience holistic recovery.

Many of our counselors have certified trauma training through the Christian Trauma Healing Network as well as other organizations. We are all highly invested in recognizing, understanding, and walking alongside survivors of trauma and abuse.

  • Courage Christian Counseling is an independent organization. Our counselors belong to a variety of denominations and professional associations.

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to bill to insurance.
